Due to the fact we have limited total enrollment in our gathering, are sparing no expense to make this gathering a WOW, and offer incredibly low prices for our Community, we cannot extend a full refund for a cancellation. We do understand that situations occur that require you to cancel (would that this weren’t true) therefore we offer the following:
Cancellation policy for the hotel accommodations is 14 days.
In order to receive a partial refund of your registration fee, your cancellation request form must be received prior to March 15, 2017.
Requests received on or before December 15, 2016, will receive the balance paid minus a $50 administrative fee.
Requests received from December 16, 2016 to March 15, 2017, will receive half of the balance paid minus a $50 administrative fee.
Requests received after March 15, 2017, will not qualify for a refund. No-shows do not qualify for a refund. Hotel deposits and out-of-pocket expenses are non-refundable.
