Inaugural Members (those who attended CAM in 2007)
Inaugural rate is $749.
This rate is available through July 15 after which the rate
becomes $849 until conference is sold out.
CAM
08 Members (those who attended CAM in 2008)
CAM 09 rate is $749. (provided that you gave a $100 deposit at the
2008 conference.)
The total amount due when registration opens will then be $649. This
rate was only available on site.
Any CAM 08 member who did not give a deposit at the conference will
receive the early bird rate of $799 through July 15 after which time
the rate becomes $899 until the conference is sold out.

Payment: Pay in full by credit card or check. By selecting
this option, you will avoid a $50 administrative fee.
- Time payments are available only to those registering on
or before December 15, 2008. Once you register, the first
payments starts immediately. The payment plan will include a $50
administrative fee which will be charged on the first payment.
