Everything I could want in a conference: beauty, inspiration, learning, fellowship, and a sense that we've just begun to tap the possibilities around us.

Where else in the coaching world can you go and be surrounded by cutting-edge "thought leaders" on coaching, connection and consciousness--and that's even before mentioning the fantastic "headliners" who got the conversations started! This year's CAM was engaging, provocative and inspiring. Thank you for this invaluable professional and personal development experience.

Comparing most conference experiences to CAM is like comparing a theme-park ride to an actual photo-safari. Ordinary conferences are controlled, safe recapitulations of that which is known. CAM is a thrill ride into the unknown, and the Unknown is where real learning always takes place. I was knocked-out by the courage of the participants. Most masters in any field have a stake in the status quo, which is the foundation of their mastery. These Coaching masters were excited about the prospect of new mountains to climb. Kudos to the CAM-ites for their courage, and many thanks to the organizers for their dedication to providing a space for exponential insight and growth. Anyone who really cares about the future of Coaching wants be at CAM. It's where the future is beginning.

This experience was magical. I had longed for a conversation that would bring coaches back to the heart center of what we create in conversations - - away from the 360 degree feedback and blind spots of clients and into the possibility we are in the world. This created the space for a genuine conversation about what's next. I have never been so engaged in a learning experience in my entire life. I didn't even leave to go shoe shopping with my gal pals. Amazing if you know me as a fashionista!
