Due to the fact we have limited total enrollment in our conference, and are sparing no expense to make this conference a WOW and offer incredibly low prices for the event, we cannot extend a full refund for cancellations. However, we understand that situations occur that require you to cancel (would that this weren't true) therefore we offer the following:

In order to receive a partial refund of your registration fee, your cancellation request form must be received prior to February 15, 2009. |

Requests received on or before December 15, 2008, will qualify for a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. |

Requests received from December 16, 2008 through February 15, 2009, will qualify for a $350 refund. |
 |
Requests received on or after February 15, 2009, will not qualify for a refund. No-shows do not qualify for a refund. Hotel deposits and out-of-pocket expenses are non-refundable. |
